A Welshman in France
I am a Welsh man in exile.
Following the trials and tribulations of Brexit, I made the decision to up sticks and move my family to France. While the journey has not been one without challenge, the experience never stops rewarding us. With my wife, daughter, three dogs, two horses, two cats and an assortment of poultry, a leaky roof and the most basic grasp of the French language, we strive to make our #Brexodus work.
Meanwhile, I maintain a ridiculous commute to Cheltenham for work, where I lecture on fascism, nationalism and the French Revolution, among other things, with the History team at the University of Gloucestershire.
Currently in the later stages of writing a book, working title:
'Wales: Eulogy.'
